I conduct training sessions at the gym or fitness facility of your choice, covering areas such as Ambattur, Padi, Anna Nagar, and Avadi. You'll need to cover the daily entry fee for both yourself and the trainer at your selected gym. This way, we can work together effectively on achieving your fitness goals.
Do I need to take supplements or injections for my body transformation?
Supplements, including protein shakes and vitamins, are optional and can be discussed based on your preferences and fitness goals. However, using injections is not advised. We focus on achieving your goals through a healthy diet and personalized workouts.
What if I'm unavailable during the scheduled time with the coach due to work or personal commitments? Can the trainer accommodate a different time?
Certainly! If there's no prior appointment, the trainer can adjust the session time. In case of unavailability, the coach will provide support via call or video call to assist you for the day. So it totally depend on consultation and support will be provided at any cost without fail.
